These are short, sweet and practical guidelines for how we behave online. And a great list to post up (irl) at home or in school!

So, please, download, order a poster and stickers etc. In theory, it will be useful! And either way, it will help us pay for all that other stuff we are trying to make!

“What are we trying to do here??”  This seemed a good place to start.  And it was!  It made it so much easier to remind ourselves (and the kids!) why we are trying to keep our faces out of our phones! Or talk to the human in front of us vs our screen.

So, sharing the objectives we set here with the hope that it will help you in setting yours!

Building a plan is hard.  And it is based on your family’s specific needs and desires. So, we put together a simple framework to help get real and practical.

It is a work in progress!  Hoping to have something much more robust in the next several weeks. So please, tell us if it was helpful! Or not!

We all have some sort of strategy in place to deal with tech at home. Either a full plan, or just some basic rules.  May of you have shared some with us, and they are amazing!

We are posting some of it here to spark some ideas.  If you have some cool strategies, let us know!  We would love to include.

There is now Sooooo much about this topic out there in the world at the moment. Not much by way of action plans however (okay, we won’t drone on about that...yet).  Some of it is super, eye opening stuff!

We believe there is nothing more powerful, meaningful and fulfilling than live human interaction. We call this ‘Human Time’.  

And for us, it was pretty clear that the balance between “screen time” and “human time” was off.  We define 'human time' in more detail here.
